I am new to Upwork. I posted a job and received many good proposals. It will take me 3-4 weeks to get my materials together, review proposals and award the job. Is it possible to message all who applied at once to ask them to be patient with me? Or shall I message each on directly?

Kindly message nobody except the person you want to hire - is what I would have said a few months ago. But now everybody you message responding to their proposal will get 10 free connects, so I say, go for it. No, there is no message all function.
