missing testimonial request email

Hi,

I'm setting up my profile and sent a few testimonial requests. One of my clients never received an email from upwork and is therefore unable to post a testimonial on my profile.

I tried to resumbit his info but the system doesn't let me send a new request to the same person.

How can I resolve this issue?
