monthly connects

Hello! I'm a freelancer member and my membership cycle was over and I didn’t get my monthly connects. I am freelancer basic. Please help. Thank u

Hi Muhammed,

Freelancer Basic plan doesn't include free connects so you'll need to purchase them if you'd like to send proposals. Some background information: Connects system on Upwork was updated a year ago and you can read more about that change in this Community Announcement.

what? Now I'm supposed to purchase connects! I'm new on upwork and didn’t even get hired yet! isn't the 20% fees not good enough for u?!

20% or nothing on my calculator comes out to a little under nothing.
