Hello

Today my accout was suspended, but yesterday support said that they'll send me another link for verification my identity. First time they didn't accepted me because it was without name. But when i asked another link for verification i was permanently suspended. Can I do something to use Upwork again?

They said that: "Once you are able to fully review the upload instructions and have documents that will meet the verification criteria let us know. At that time we will provide a new personal, secure upload link." . But after this i was permanently suspended after asking.
