My Client contractor Can't open Submision File i sent
while opening it error message showing
("they are not safe to open or download")
Please kindly do something Today is y due date

The problem is probably caused by Upwork's automated algorithms which make changes to files.
Your solution is simple:
Don't send this file to the client using Upwork.
Use something else.
Email. Dropbox.. FTP. SFTP. Google Drive. USB thumb drive. iCloud. Microsoft One Drive. WeTransfer
Use any method you and the client are comfortable with.
Don't use Upwork. Don't contact Customer Support. Don't wait for somebody to help you. I never wait for Upwork to help me send files. I just do it my way, and the files work perfectly.
