my client has no work for me since Monday. I am an email customer service and the mail that I am using is the company email which has been suspended and she's not fixing it. She already told me twice that she'll fix it but until now she's not doing some actions. It's still suspended. What should I do?

You may give your client more time to get this fixed for you. They might be busy with some personal matters that affected their ability to get back to you right away. You can also send them a message politely reminding them that you are waiting for an update so that you can work on the project.
