my friend is getting no reply from support team

My friend account is suspended and also upwork limited is financia transaction when he generated a ticket and ask the upwork support team he getting no reply from them its now 2 days he pays 20% fees to upwok for projects and also have plus membership plan then why support do not reply this is not good please help him .
