my friend's account is permanently suspended without any reason

it was on March when Upwork noticed my friend's account for irregular activity. 

During reconciliation, Upwork sent unusable verification links over and over.

The reconciliation took almost 2 months until Upwork permanently banned him with final decision without any reason.
I feel pity for him. Now, him and I are wondering would Upwork give a valid reason for this and hopefully reinstate his account like ever before?
