my message section will not open

Hi, Can someone from your technical team please assist. I need to get into my message section of my upwork account and it wont open up. The other dropdowns and sections of my account seem to be working ok.  I have logged of and back on several times with no changes. Please advise.....

Where is the best place to direct this type of issue in the future? Thanks Bettina

It's working fine for me. Try another browser, or clear the Upwork cache, maybe. You'll need to log back in after you clear the cache. Here's the link for doing it.
