I am afraid we do not have the resource to check that. I guess It's not about general visibility. It's an algorithm the oDesk bots use to determine to show or hide your job applications from the respective job posts. In some cases, your profile could remain invisible in the list of job applicants on a particular job post.
There are few seasoned members on this community who have vast knowledge on this topic. They might share their insights with you.
I suggest you to contact oDesk Live Support. And just ask a direct question. i.e "Is my profile on hold?"
If yes, ask the reason and how to release it from hold.
Do not create another profile before trying out all possible ways. Treat your profile like your bank account, seriously. Try to sort it out ASAP.

By hidden, do you mean private? - because your profile is set to private. That means clients will not see your profile if they do a search.
