my real account is suspended but i recieved no mail or notification and i cant even post a topic!

Hi ! I tried every possible way but i cant find any email or any notifications. my notifications are empty i can just see an headline that "my account is suspended contact customer care" i went to post a topic but the button is disabled even the reply buttons are also disabled please look into my account and let me know the procedure im worried sick if that works ill delete this account that i just created to contact you
