Hello, Im having a difficulty with my connects.
I just registered and started up, i have my bank account and profile validated so i'm all set... but when i went to submit a proposal realized that i have 0 connects, but i havent used any ever. how is this possible?

Just go ahead and click on the link that says "0 Connects" and then select a membership plan. After you do, you will see the connects on your account and you will be good to go!
