Hello, I am Jahid Hasan. I hope I get the best solution to the problems. 1. I haven't had any visitors on my profile for over a month 2. I can't login to my Upwork desktop app. It takes a lot of time to load but can't login. Please give me the best solution to these two problems. Thank you.

Regarding your Desktop app concern, please go to Settings>Connected Services on your account and disable Google Sign-In. Afterwards, please try to log into your Desktop app by using your username/account email address and your password.
