Hey! Once 14 days have elapsed for a non-responsive client, are the funds held for an additional 5 days by Upwork? or Does it reflect under my available balance. Please help me out.

Then your payment is due tomorrow - 14 days after submission. Then there's a five-day period to wait before it becomes available to you.

First you need to click "Submit work for payment". You'll be paid in 14 days even if the client doesn't release the funds. After that, it's the same as any other payment you get through Upwork.

Yes, once funds are released from Upwork (either because the client approves the milestone or 14 days have passed since you submitted for payment) they move into "Pending" for the 5 day security period before they move to "Available".
