not getting connect after paying $9. And my profile is still unapproved

Hi,

I have paid $9 for 60 connects (5th July) and also I active my agency plus profile with $20 (5th July). But after payment, I got mail from upwork that now my account is private and within 72 hrs, it will be approved and then it will be public. But after 5 days, still, it is not approved. I am with upwork/elance from 2008 and it is a very bad experience now. Why a freelancer/agency profile needs approvement more than one time?  After paying for 60 connects, I only get 20 connects ... WHY? Please, I need an answer urgently so I could bid more project on upwork.

Hi Nisha,

The reason why you can't send proposals from your freelancer profile is because you`re set as an exclusive member of your agency. To work as an independent freelancer as well you will need to change your status to Non-Exclusive member.

Exclusive members can work only on projects under the agency, thank you.
