not paid for work

I worked for a client in January and did not receive pay for the last 2 weeks. How do I know if I am Eligible for hourly protection? I still have not been paid for those hours worked.

I'm sorry to learn that you have not yet been paid by your client for the hours you worked on your contract. To have payment protection on Upwork, please check the requirements listed here, making sure that you meet these requirements when working on hourly contracts.

TySheena: As freelancers, we are paid automatically for our hourly work. We are paid according to a regular schedule, which means the money is available for withdrawal no more than three weeks after we do any work.

You can not get money for hourly work you did ten months ago.
