Maybe a year or year and a half ago I got an email from an odesk representative saying I had become entitled to a dedicated support person and perhaps telephone support. I hadn't needed this previously but now I am dealing with someone who clearly is too lazy to even read the tickets I submitted properly that I have contacted through regular support channels and I would like to take advantage of what odesk sent me previously but I can't find the email with the details of how to contact my support person because I don't even remember what this service was called. Can one of the mods here point me in the right direction? Thanks.
