If I had to wager a guess, it has something to do with the merger.
It's telling me to refill out my profile, even though my profile is filled out completely. It also asked to re-id verify when I have been ID verified for years.
I would guess they are doing something attached to profiles, and that caused the one part of the issue.. As to the jobs not showing up in any category, facing the same thing here, but no idea what that would be tied to.. (Could be profiles too, but who knows).
Hope they get it fixed soon.. But if it's anything like their ID verification process, that has crawled to a snail's pace, and many freelances have left because of that.
