oDesk hiding my applications and it is really disappointing!

Recently I am facing a great problem with oDesk. One of my client invited me for a job, but oDesk automatically hidden me. I don't know what is the problem with oDesk. Because I have 38, 5.00 star feedback, and I meet all the qualifications needed for the job. Besides I have been working with oDesk for almost 2 years with this account. I have also heard that many people are facing the same problem. What is the main problem with oDesk? It is really disgusting!!! I don't know what type of a confusing system it is ?? As we know this that, oDesk provides high quality services to all of its contractors and clients. So, I hope oDesk will look forward to this problem and will try to solve ASAP.

Yes, it is true. oDesk automatically hides applicants who are deemed "unsuitable" for the job even if they have been invited by the client. This feature applies to EVERYONE who applies for a job now. There is NO WAY OF KNOWING if your application was RECEIVED by the client. I wonder why oDesk won't just stop people from applying instead of wasting their time. HELLOOOO....oDESK...IS ANYBODY FROM oDESK THERE??? Just another thread asking for clarification from oDesk about the incredible, despicable, suicidal changes that have been applied recently. Would you not even give people the courtesy of a response? (the last attempt at a response to the topic was I think from Mollie, who simply assured users that next time oDesk implement something they'll tell people about it.) So PLEASE can someone from oDesk give a response on this subject.. Why have you implemented an obviously flawed algorithm to hide applications without letting applicants know whether they're hidden or not? Do you really think it's acceptable to have such an opaque system - even if it worked the way you wanted. Are you REALLY bothered about me and the several other professional assets to your site who are screaming at you that they are losing work, losing money, and on the point of leaving you in frustration, because they can't afford to spend hours of the day filling in applications when they don't even know if they'll be delivered? - when they used to spend those same hours of the day working and getting paid? ARE YOU THERE?? DO YOU CARE ANY MORE??

oDesk support only read the Feedback Forum. I was invited to a job 2 days ago and have heard nothing. I am sure I am sure I am hidden. It appears oDesk wants to frustrate clients so much that they head to Elance.

Elance bought oDesk and Elance charges contractors so natch they want us all to flock there. And before I get accosted, yes I know you get 40 bids/month for free but that can get used up soon.

...especially if half of them don't get delivered to the client...
