Hi Garnor,

                I was wondering is there any way I can send you a private message regarding an issue I am facing which has not be resolved by support for over 15 days now ? I tried everything but I cannot get your username to send you a message with the details of the issue. The issue is not related to this platform though.

If it is ok to get in touch with you and send you a message with the details please drop me a private message and I will reply back with the details of the issue.
