one new issue found.. I don't know how to solve it. need help please

Hi,

I did a fixed price contract and submitted the work. After submission, the client stopped responding to my messages without closing the contract. Client mentioned the budget as $250 but in the escrow there is only $10. Client doesn't need me as I submitted her work. What should I do if the client doesn't respond in the next 2 or 3 days?

If your client doesn't take any action on their end in 14 days the funds in escrow will be released to you. Please know, we suggest you don't start any work on a milestone until it is fully funded. Please check out this help article to learn more about Fixed-Price Protection.
