It mean than your proposal not TOP anymore, someone else boosted own proposal and overbid your.

Your proposal still shown, overbid not remove it.

Boost is not necessary option, it shown your proposal first. Other bidder can give more connect and boost own to TOP.

how canI know how much connect spend that my proposal show in first ??

You can't. Other freelancers might have bid 5, 50 or 100 connects. Other freelancers might bid more after you sent your proposal.
