paid twice for the membership

I paid twice for the membership. I can see it my notification but none in my balance. Help! thank you

No, you only paid once. One is the transaction, the other is your payment.

Check on your payment method.

I know they charged me only one time for the membership but I paid twice because my local bank charged me twice and I got the message here from them.
The first payment when for the membership but the other one, I don't know how to get it back.
