i am pass the readness test and my profile complete 100% but i cant get till RISING TALENT BADGE please tell me aboute this matter !!

Hello,

It's been more than a week since I passed my readiness test. I got free connects but not the badge. I am waiting for the badge. According to up work new badge criteria in explore 102, I meet all the conditions. Since I am new so I don't have any clients.
