paste is not working on cover letter and additional questions field on Safari browser

I'm trying to reuse the proposal information from existing proposal for preparing the cover letter but when I paste it in the cover letter field it gets messed up in to single paragraph and loses it's formating. 

It's irritating and time wasting. Could someone please let me know how to retain the formating in cover letter and additional question field. thank you.

Could you please confirm if the same issue is experienced if you use Google Chrome or other browsers instead?

                     It has problem on Safari browser and works fine on other browsers. I think last when I raised issue it worked fine but again facing this issue.
