You can have a balance on your account for up to 180 days. You may also set up an automatic payment schedule for your funds to be transferred to your preferred payment method. You can learn more here.

I am in Burkina Faso but in the "Get paid" option I do not see direct to local bank transfer. Can you tell me more ????

You can only use the withdrawal methods shown in your options. If "Direct to local bank" isn't showing there, it is not available in your location.
