payment by local bank card to purchase the connects is unavalible only paypal option is avalible

i am sorry to say that from past 30 days i have been facing issue with buying connects for applying jobs and so for i have missed the opportunity to get more jobs.As i want to buy more connects and the payment card option is unavailable, so only PayPAL option is available as i am from pakistan so i don't have paypal that's why it is hard to buy from the paypal   please review this and solve my problem.
