payment could not be completed

Hello
I have a problem with withdrawing funds, I do not know why it was. I received messages by mail after the request for withdrawal, but did not understand the problem.

"We have processed your payment request submitted on 18-Jul-2018. Unfortunately, your payment could not be completed and funds were returned to your Upwork account Vladislaw **Edited for Community Guidelines**."
