I am not able to withdraw and getting following error. I already have ID field filled up while adding the payment method and also my account identity is verifed.
We attempted to process your recent payment request but unfortunately it failed.
The reason for returned funds is invalid data in the following fields: id_number.
As a result, the funds have been returned to your Upwork account and we need you to update your payment method for future payments.

Upon visiting Support center, I get "No requests found" so I don't see any ticket in support center.
