payment issue

Hello,

I have apayment issue; my client activated the payment of a milestone  8th March and still I have not received anything. I have checked my payment status the contract is active, it says the client paid...but still I checked my bank account and there´s no payment received. How can I get some help? Thanks!

Hi Beatriz, here is a help article below on the process to get paid. The money does not go straignt from the milestone to your bank account, there are steps to follow and delays invloved in the process.
