Hello,
I've added my payment method to upwork for the second time now "direct to a local bank" but every time I try to withdraw, I get an email confirming my payment, $0.99 cents are charged, and short after the payment gets rejected and my payment method deactivated. It already consumed some percentage of my earnings.
