i have set up a payment method which is payoneer on jan 16,2020. it still shows me inactive . i need to resolve this so that i can purchase connect and can work on upwork. looking forward to you.!

Hi Hamza,

Can you please complete the W-8BEN form under Settings> Tax Info, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
