payment problem with a client

hello,

 

my client had a problem with his paypal, so you tried credit card, he connected with support team here and said to him to end hourly contract so i can get paid immediately, he ended it and no pay!!!!

It is an hourly contract.

 

Did you track your time with the tracker?

 

If yes, you will get paid automatically. Please go to your Reports Overview

 

You will see the funds in either "Work in Progress" (if the hours were logged this week) or under "in review" if the hours were logged last week.

 

You also want to familiarize yourself with "When will I get paid"

Hi Diaa, 


Please follow the instructions that Petra has shared. If you go to that page, you will see that the money in question is currently under Work in Progress. This is the case because you only logged time for this contract last Monday, 31-July. The money will "move" from Work In Progress, In Review, Pending, and Available according to the Weekly Billing Cycle. As such it will be available for withdrawal next Wednesday, 16-August.
