Hello, a week ago, I was asked to verify my account and in the process my earnings were reversed to the client. after verification, the support team member adviced that I reach out to the client and ask him to give me a one-time bonus payment.
I reached out to him but he has not returned the money to me even after promising to do it 3 days ago. Since then I haven't seen him online.
Kindly help me get back my cash. Thank you.

Unfortunately there is no response on the ticket either. it's 2 days now since I raised the issue on a ticket
