i request a payment 9 dollar. upwork mail me that (We have processed your payment request submitted) but i don't get the money in my account. and i don't get my money back in my upwork account either. its being 7 days now.

how long ago? It takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays such as today)

Once 8 business days have passed, (which excludes weekends and holidays) a trace can be initiated. Not before. That'll be Wednesday next week.
