payment withdrawal not received

HI TEAM,

I made the Withdrawal of my money on 1 Jan and today is 11 Jan and I haven't received the payment yet !!! (direct to bank method) I haven't received any emails or notification regarding this issue(other than YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED) nor am I able to contact Upwork customer service.plz, help!
