Do you have a contract? Go here, is it there? If not bad luck, you worked for free, If yes, go here, so see where is your money.

If you used Upwork properly:

[fixed-price contract]

Do nothing.

Wait 2 more days, and payment will be released to you automatically.

[hourly contract]

Do nothing.

You are paid automatically. Wait and the money will flow into your account.

If you DID NOT use Upwork properly:

You were not paid due to mistakes YOU made. Upwork can't help you.

It is your responsibility to learn what you did wrong, so that you can correct your mistakes and not make them again.
