Yes you can change your email address once your application is submitted. To do this you will need to go to Settings > Contact Info. Thank you.

There is any possibility to add the PayPal method if the authenticated name is matched both in Paypal and Upwork? rather email address?

Hi Mian,

Your Upwork and PayPal accounts need to use the same email address. If needed, you can update in your Upwork Contact Info.
