You can ask the Upwork team to issue a trace on your withdrawal if you still haven't received the money on 11 December.

We have the same problem, I'm using Metrobank and I ask my bank still no transaction.

Direct to local bank transfers usually take between 2 to 5 business days. The recent Philippine Holiday (30-November) could've affected the delay in posting your withdrawn earnings to your local bank. If it still hasn't reflected after 8-business days, please reach out to our Customer Support team so that they can issue a trace for you.
