hey i got my first job and while filling in the idntfiy   thing i lefft for 30 min and when i got back i was logged out and now i can't log back on it says there's a problem with the username and i tried using both my email and username but didnt work i created a new account just to post this what should i do?

Hello, I joined as a freelancer account in 2017, today I opened a client account in Upwork but after opening, I closed my account selecting the "my username is not fixed" type. Because I changed my mind. Since then I cannot log in to my account whenever I click login, I put my email id & password it says "Oops! Username is incorrect.". As far as I remember, I don't have any username associated with that account. In this situation, I opened a new account which was a huge hassle for me, from there I'm asking for help. Please, I need that solution asap otherwise I'm in big trouble. Thanks.

even I got the same issue while logging in to my account. I didn't know that we cannot have two accounts on Upwork and I have created 2 accounts. I wanted to delete one of them but I'm not able to login into either of them. so i created this third account to address this problem. please help!
