porposal archived job is closed

It's been 02 months since I joined Upwork but with no luck of getting a job.. 22 proposals of mine were the archived reason the job is closed but no return of connects.. is it fair??

Hi Moin,

To answer your question:

Connects are only returned if the client proactively cancels the job post without hiring anyone or if Upwork takes the job post down for a violation of the terms of service.

So before submitting any proposals, be sure that you have the skills required by the client as stated in the job ad. Otherwise, save your connects for something better 😎
