problem submitting proposals

Hello. 

I am new to upwork. I have created my profile yesterdayand tried to submitt a couple of proposals but I am unable to. When I press "submit proposals" nothing happens. If I try to view my submitted proposals on my profile the page does not load. So it seems like a technical isssue....there is no problem with my ID verification or location verification.....anyone can help me?

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Let us know if the problem persists so that we can assist you further.
