profil, Language section, necessary for translation , cannot find it, what can I do?

Hello to all of you! Is there somebody who can help me? I am beginning in upwork and I have problems to write my languages on the right side of my profil. I think it has been eliminated. I cannot  write the languages I speak inside my profil. If you can help me it would be wonderful. Thank you in advance for trying it!!! Julia
