profile hourly rate

Hello I cant change my profile hourly rate, Im not part of an agency I already clear my cache and cookies. Please help.

Hi Rachel, 

I checked your account and was unable to replicate your issue. Please hover your mouse-pointer near your hourly rate, and wait for the pencil icon/button to pop-up. When you click on it, you should be able to update your hourly rate from there. 

Let me know if the issue persists so that I can assist you further.

Can you please show me where can i find the upwork rate. Cant find it
anywhere.

The profile rate is under the "Place video" link under your profile overview.
