profile picture refusing

Good morning,
I am having a problem with uploading my profile picture, as I can not show my face due to religious reasons.
I can show it to one of your female staff if this will help in accepting my profile on your website, so I can start submitting job vacancies.
Kindly find attached file of my photo if it was accepted
