How do contracts with no feeback (closed by me) affect the "clients who would recommend you" score? Are they discounted? Do they count as 0?
Is the "clients who would recommend you score" score the percentage of clients that have rated 9 or 10? Or is the score the average of all ratings received by clients?
Thanks!

I'd like to know the answer to the first part of your question myself, Darrien. Based on my experience, it appears as though "no feedback left" jobs count against "clients who would recommend you," but I'm not sure. It'd be nice to hear one way or another from the mods on this.

Hi Darrien,
The Recommended score is a lifetime calculation of all clients who gave you feedback, who said that they would recommend you. And to answer your first question, clients who didn't leave you any feedback are not included in the denominator. You may also check this help article for more details on the information reflected under My Stats. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you.
