"Current Session" in the Upwork Time Tracker app is not working

My Upwork Time Tracker is not working.The "Current Session" is not showing any progress and and stuck in 00h01m after clicking on "ON" to start my tasks.

 

I had some issues with my internet upon turning on the Tracker. But after I got reconnected, the issue is still there.

 

I already connected my laptop to a LAN connection & reinstalled 32bit Upwork app(I had the 64bit version before). Would this guarantee to resolve the issue?
