I'm attempting to open a file from a client to begin my work. The file is safe, but I've gotten this message: "It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support."
Can I please have help with this?

Don't contact Upwork Customer Support.
Communicate directly with the client.
You and the client decide what NON-Upwork method you want to use to share files. Use anything you want. Dropbox. Email. FTP. USB flash drive. Google Drive. Microsoft One Drive. iCloud. iDrive. WeTransfer. Etc.
