"Oops! Username is incorrect"

Hi Upwork Team,

I recently try to log in my account but its says "Oops! Username is incorrect", So when I try from username its log in with new fresh account, all my account settings, work history and balance is removed, how is it possible, And when i go to the profile settings, email is replaced with another one.

Please take a serious note.
