"Profile visibility" pop-up after logging in

Every time I log in I get the "Welcome back. Your profile has been switched back to "Public...." message.

My profile was set to private briefly only once, more than a month ago. I've cleared my cache & cookies and keep seeing the pop-up.

ETA: today is the first time I ever saw this pop-up.

Had the same thing happen with mine right after having it set back from private. Although manually selecting "UpWork Users Only" (which it already was) seemed to make it disappear.
